Shipping Policy

A quick update from Sunshine Auto Parts:

Under the current circumstances, our couriers are experiencing increased volumes in their delivery network across all of Australia. Some freight carriers are also experiencing technical issues, which means they have been unable to provide tracking details on some packages.

Whilst the majority of orders are still being delivered within the expected timeframe, you may need to allow an additional 5 business days after the quoted delivery date. Rest assured, however, that your package is still on its way to you.

How much does shipping cost and how long does delivery take?

No matter what you’re shopping for, each product page has a Delivery Estimate tool where you can enter your postcode, suburb, or town. The shipping cost will appear, plus the estimated delivery time. You can see this information in your cart at any time, and during checkout.

Your order’s delivery cost and time is influenced by:

  • the total order value – if it’s under $99, a minimum shipping fee will be applied
  • the size and weight of your order – big, bulky packages cost more to deliver (packages over 15kg and longer than 70cm)
  • your location – delivery to non-metropolitan areas in Australia will cost more

Your order will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, and deliveries are made between Monday and Friday during business hours (9am – 5pm). Delivery time is subject to the availability of stock from our suppliers, and delivery time may be extended if they don’t have stock on hand.

But, don’t worry, if any part of your order can’t be shipped to you on time you’ll be notified, and the rest of your order will be shipped to you within the usual timeframe – so waiting for one item won’t impact the rest of your order from being shipped!

How do I track my order?

Once checkout is complete, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so that you can keep an eye on your order. If you’ve ordered multiple products, you may receive a tracking number for each delivery.

Will all the parts in my order be shipped together?

Most orders will be combined into one delivery. However, in some instances you may receive multiple deliveries. We will provide a tracking number for each order.

Can I pick my order up from you?

Yes you can pick up the orders. However, we use the best delivery methods to ensure that you get your parts as quickly as possible – no matter where you are in Australia.

Can I send my order to a PO Box?

Unfortunately, not all parts can be shipped to a PO Box. We’ll be in touch if your order is unable to be delivered to your nominated shipping address.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order, however, as all orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of payment, please get in touch with us as soon as possible about changes or cancellations.
